Orders with Standard Shipping take between 1-2 business days to be processed, handled, and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.

 

We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier for domestic orders.  Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: 

 

You will receive a shipping notification email that will indicate the ship date and the tracking number; or you can also contact us at 201-968-1218, we will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information.  To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

 

RETURNS:

 

  • We accept returns for refund within 14 days of purchase; a store credit for non-final sale items up to 30 days of purchase.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased with a coupon code are returnable for store credits only.

  • We do not process exchanges.

  • Products must be unused and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact.

  • All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of the return handling of $6 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, unless we sent incorrect merchandise.

  • Upon receipt, our returns department will process a refund to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

 

Please ensure that your return meets the criteria stated above. If any returns do not meet these requirements, the items will be shipped back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear or misuse.

Note: Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your purchase when this transaction took place. Your financial institution may require additional days to post the refund to your account.

 

CHANGE or CANCEL YOUR ORDER

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders very fast. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

 

DEFECTIVE or WRONG ITEMS

 

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at order@katieqny.com. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can.
